Are you a travel agency?
No. I consult and plan, you book yourself, whether hotels, flights or rental cars. I create your itinerary with recommendations and practical tips. That saves you the commissions an agency adds to hotels and rentals, and keeps you flexible if your plans shift.
What does it cost?
Current prices and packages are on my Fiverr profile. You'll see which tier covers what, e.g. just the route plan vs. route + hotels + day-by-day planning.
What information do you need from me?
After you get in touch, I send a short questionnaire: travel dates, number of travellers, target drive time per day, travel style, key interests, rough budget and any must-see stops.
Can I request specific stops or routes?
Yes. The questionnaire has sections for must-see stops, regions to cover and things to skip. Your input is the base of the plan.
How detailed is the day-by-day itinerary?
Each day: start point, route, drive time, key stops with visit notes, overnight location and practical flags such as park reservations, tolls and best arrival windows.
How quickly do I get my plan?
Within 5 to 7 business days after I receive your questionnaire. Express is possible, just say the word.
What if my plans change?
One revision round is included in the standard package. A round means you review the plan, send feedback and I update it. It is meant for meaningful changes, not minor fixes. Additional rounds are available as an add-on.
Which regions do you really know?
Southwest (NV/UT/AZ/CO), California & PCH, Pacific Northwest, Florida, Route 66. East coast I plan too. I'm there less often myself, but I'll tell you honestly when a detail isn't from my own experience.
Is this designed for rental cars, RVs, or personal vehicles?
Primarily rental cars. If you're driving an RV or campervan, mention it in the questionnaire and I'll adjust the overnight recommendations.
How does the pricing work? Is anything hidden?
You pay a flat planning fee (see Fiverr). It covers the planning of your trip. On top of that I give precise recommendations, for example for hotels and services, and I'm compensated for them through small affiliate commissions from the provider. It costs you nothing extra. This keeps my planning fee stable and covers part of the running costs of this service. You always book at the same published rate you'd find directly. I only recommend places I've actually stayed or used.
